Project: Honda~

Ok in the one of the past post, i mentioned that i had work on for my pop's father day present / living room pc... Oh, i decided to name it Project: HONDA (you will know why soon~~)

Pics!

My corridor with some parts of the pc, sorry neighbour... Sheessshhh i didn't know spray was so hard that i ended up wasting 7-8 cans of red paint just to get the work done...Imagine how thick the paint will be on the casing....

However, it didn't go really smoothly, first set back below! I was trying to fit the power supply (psu) back plate to the psu after the paint had dried... but the holes on the back plate didn't fit!?Why why!??!?!

Darn, i found out that the back plate was facing the wrong side... GRRAAA!!! The other side was the correct way as shown below and it is not painted as i thought that it will be facing inside which will not be seen... duh...

2nd setback was, while i was about to finish the spraying on the window panel, a piece of burnt incense descend from no where and landed on the wet paint as shown below, causing me to ^$%^$%^$&^%&%*^.... Gotta resand the surface and respray!!!

Of course there are more "suay" things that happened, which i find it too long to mention...

Resprayed!~ Looks good...

I added rubber c - linings around the edges to prevent cuts..

Tada! Done!

Ok, some pc accessories i got from SLS for the mod... A fan filter to reduce dust entering the pc interior and 4 UV fans for ventilating the pc interior...

Fixed the fans and filters into the empty casing that was being sprayed black...

Another looked with cpu, mobo, rams and gpu all housed in!

Fixing the front cover... and the mystery of why my Project is called HONDA is about to be solved!

Because of the badge i got with the rubber lining... So from a Lian Li Casing (as the badge is covered), it became HONDA casing...

Everything covered up but not yet done yet... Still got the acrylic for the side window...

I drilled a blowhole at the side window and fixed an UV fan onto it to draw the hot air out of the casing...

Its show time! UV lightings also placed within the casing, its time to power up... Can see some UV lights glowing in this pic...

With lights switched off, my pop's rig in action!

A look from a different angle...

Finally, about 99.999% is done! Dun wanna tell where the 0.001% go :p... Anyway i am happy that i had finally completed this project: HONDA and will like to thank my family for being so supportive by keeping quiet (haha) and tolerant for the past 2 months, as i had messed up the living room and corridor (neighbours too) pretty badly (i cleaned up alittle... the rest by mummy though keke...)...

Now the whole system is up in my living room and my parents are enjoying HK TV serials with it keke....
