Today has been a pretty sad day for me... First of all, its my mechanic test... the test wasn't that hard though but i did it again... Didn't read the questions carefully before attempting on the questions.. i miss out some part of the answers which might cause me to fail a test in this session...
2nd set back of the day... i used to do 12 chin ups now i am left with 3... gosh! Reasons? 1) I have got a belly now, the belly is about 10% of my total body weight... 2) my arm muscles have weaken... seldom do i have to use my physical strength nowadays (unless i got rob and i gotta fight a robber haha hopefully this day dun come by... ), as in uni the use of mental strength is very excessive (white hair growing!)... 3) Way of life... Eat liao sit... sit liao sleep... every day...
but todae finally i did my first run in NSW, the first step towards a healthy lifestyle haha... i ran about 2 km (almost collapse) and did gym... hm.... if this continues u will see a fit fit Gene in jan 2006... hehe~
